This week I design a very beautiful Yellow Ostrich feather skirt. I love a statement piece like a feather skirt. As summer approaches we tend to look for easy breeze clothing to keep us cool. This week I design this fun bright blue microfiber jumpsuit that features a wide leg and cross back detail, similar to the floral print dress style I designed few months ago.  Microfiber fabric help absorb sweat while helping to keep the wearer cool and comfy.  By adding an open back detail, allows more air to get to those places that tends to sweat a bit. Personal Favorites {2012 Met Gala}

Hey Guys,

I don’t really talk much about other designers, but I want to share with you my favorite red carpet looks from The 2012 Costume Institute event. The Met Gala is one of my favorite fashion events that I love to watch. I dream one day that one of my designs will able to walk the red carpet with grace amongst other designers. I plan on going to view the Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations exhibition at The Metropolitan Museum of Art next week. I look forward on seeing Schiapaprelli work of art, since she is best known for her wildly imaginative designs and her signature color “Shocking Pink“. The comparison between to her and Prada’s traditional yet modern twist design esthetic, should be interesting.

With neon colors being a huge influence in fashion. I came across this neon color floral print fabric that would be perfect to the spring/summer season. I design this fun peplum skirt and added a contrast white binding at the hem of the ruffle flounce for an interesting detail. When I designed this gown, I had a minimalist women in mind. She likes to keep her style clean and understandable. She focuses her attention to shape and details  of the silhouette of the garment.
